สำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) เป็นหน่วยงานของรัฐที่มิใช่ส่วนราชการประสงค์จะสรรหา บุคลากรคนรุ่นใหม่ ไฟแรง มีจิตสาธารณะเพื่อร่วมงาน ในตำแหน่งนักวิชาการนโยบายและกลยุทธ์ จำนวน 1 ตำแหน่ง
policy and strategy specialist / นักบริหารนโยบายและกลยุทธ์
job description :
the officer will report to the director of policy and strategy in order to conduct and support the organization long-term and short-term strategy planning to ensure the achievement of health promotion targets set by the board of directors and ceo, including tasks as below:
  1. perform the analysis of political situations and scenarios, and contribute to the formulation of institutional responses
  2. create effective advocacy strategies
  3. provide core plan and annual strategy plan and coordinate with sections according to thai health’s work process as well as control cost and budget to be in accordance with organizational goals
  4. provide information for linkages across program activities to help identify critical points of integration
  5. participate in the formulation of project proposals
  6. monitor and carry out risk assessment for the annual plan
  7. assist in coordinating and interacting with key strategic partners
  8. perform other roles/tasks as required by the director of policy and strategy
qualification :
  1. male / female with age of 30 years or more with more than 5 years experience of health promotion, swot analysis, national health policy or strategic planning experiences.
  2. thai nationality only.
  3. master degree in economics, health economics and health care management, public administration, business administration, finance or other related fields
  4. strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  5. ability to communicate effectively with top management and possess excellent interpersonal skills
  6. exceptional computer skills, particularly microsoft office (excel and powerpoint)
  7. good english language skills
  8. ability to work independently and under pressure so to meet tight and often conflicting deadlines.
